Thank you for shopping with Carbon Zero Industries. This policy outlines how we process, pack, and ship your order.

## Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or custom orders, processing may take longer; we will inform you if there's any delay.

## Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability at your pin code. If your pin code isn't serviceable, we will inform you and offer a full refund.

## Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight, and are shown before you complete payment.

## Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Kerala: 2-4 business days
- South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): 4-6 business days
- Rest of India: 5-8 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, regional disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete address details provided at checkout.

## Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/number via WhatsApp, which you can use to track your shipment's progress.

## Packaging

Given the nature of our products (laser-cut stainless steel components), each order is carefully packed with edge protection and internal padding to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery — if you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, we recommend noting this with the delivery agent before accepting, where possible.

## Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or with parts missing, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/packaging, so we can arrange a replacement.

## Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout. Carbon Zero Industries is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
