We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than the product arriving damaged or defective.

Refunds and replacements are only provided if:

  • The product was damaged in transit, or
  • The product is defective or not as described at the time of delivery

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

To raise a request, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID / Order Number
  • Clear photographs (and video, if possible) of the damaged or defective product and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request with the required photos or video, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or defective part or product. If a refund is approved instead, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. We may request the damaged item to be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued; in confirmed transit-damage cases, we will arrange or cover the return shipping.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Offered

  • Requests raised after 7 days from delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or use outside the product's intended purpose
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered in a way unrelated to the reported defect
  • Change of mind after delivery
